i’m inspired by the article on the new york times profiling jessamyn stanley, a yoga teacher, body positivity advocate and author of “Every Body Yoga.”

as we try to approach optimum health and happiness, the more yoga, the better.

do you do yoga regularly? what health benefits have you seen from yoga?
