Jogging

Like many people, I believe in the power of exercise. I ran track and cross country for a year in high school, and have jogged intermittently since then. I’ve also enjoyed soccer, frisbee, basketball, baseball, biking, lifting weights, ping pong, tennis, and ice hockey. Moving our bodies, playing sports, raising our heart rates, is essential to improving our health and wellness. You can find me in person most Saturdays at 9 AM at Jamaica Pond, Boston, rain or shine, jogging the 5K Park Run. It’s two laps of the pond. Take charge of your health and fitness today, and use jogging to improve your health. Combine it with laughter, and you’ll truly have the best medicine.
